The Marshmallow Kitchen is a compact and integrated system designed for preparing, cooking and feeding the mix used in marshmallow production to the production line. By positioning all process equipment on a single platform, installation and commissioning processes are simplified and the system can be transported as a package.

The system consists of a pre-preparation tank, a cooking tank, a gelatine mixing tank and a service tank. After the raw materials are mixed in the pre-preparation stage, they are processed in the cooking tank; the gelatine mixture is prepared under suitable conditions and added to the system, and the final product is fed to the production line via the service tank.

To preserve product quality and ensure process continuity, all tanks are manufactured with jackets. Transfers between tanks are carried out via jacketed stainless-steel pipelines, keeping product temperature and process conditions under control.

Thanks to the insulation structure on the jacket area of the cooking tank, energy efficiency is achieved while the risk of operators contacting hot surfaces is reduced, providing a working environment compliant with occupational safety standards. Manufactured entirely from stainless steel, the Marshmallow Kitchen provides a reliable solution for modern production facilities with its hygienic design, durable structure and ability to be adapted to different capacity needs.
