The biscuits coming from the line are directed to the relevant channels with the help of a channeling-board system and advanced at the desired intervals in a set order. By feeding the products in the correct position and without interruption, high capacity and an orderly product flow are achieved on the production line.

In the inverting group, the biscuits are brought to the desired position according to the product type. In sandwich production, feeding to the cookie capper is done one row upright and one row inverted, while in single-sided product applications all biscuits can be inverted and transferred to the line. This structure offers fast and easy adaptation to different product varieties.

All movements of the system are carried out by a servo-motor-controlled automation infrastructure. This provides high precision, repeatability and synchronisation, while product changeovers and line settings can be made quickly and reliably.
