The Cake Injection Machine precisely injects fillings such as cream, chocolate, marmalade and sauce into the product after baking. Depending on the structure of the production line, two different system options are offered: injection after the cakes are removed from their pans, or injection while still in their pans.

Thanks to advanced dosing technology, the filling material is applied with high precision at the desired points within the product and at the defined weights. This ensures consistency in product quality and filling amount, while allowing easy adaptation to different product recipes.

All movements of the machine are carried out by a servo-motor-controlled automation system. This structure offers high accuracy, repeatability and production flexibility while enabling fast changeover between different product types.
