The Creaming Machine is an automatic system that produces sandwich biscuits by applying precise amounts of cream between round or rectangular biscuits. While the products advance in an orderly way by means of pushers on the transport wire, cream is dosed at the desired weights at their centre points, and the product is completed by placing the top biscuit.

Able to adapt to different product types and production capacities, the system is offered with automatic or manual feeding options. Thanks to precise dosing and a synchronised operating principle, a high standard and repeatability are achieved in product quality.
